Uploading Daily Rec Reports

  1. In Wirely, go to the TAB module.

  2. Upload the Daily Rec Report.

  3. Wirely automatically extracts key figures:

    1. Wirely calculates the Theoretical Balance = Sales – Pays and checks it against the imbalance figure.

    2. Any differences are displayed as a variance for review.

Weekly Reconciliation

  • Conducted every Sunday using the Daily Rec Report and Agent Fee Report.

  • Wirely extracts:

Wirely compares Settlement Due + Agent Fee = 7-day accumulated banking.

Example:

  • Accumulated banking (Mon–Sun): $1,159,861

  • Settlement due: $1,109,912

  • Agent fee: $49,949

  • Variance: –$8.95
