To record a cheque payout in Wirely:
Go to Cheques & EFTs from the main menu or via the Gaming menu.
Select Add Cheques.
Complete all mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk):
(Optional but recommended) Add:
Select Submit
Identification Requirements
At least one form of ID is required.
Best practice is to collect two forms of ID for compliance.
ID upload is mandatory for each form provided.
You cannot upload two of the same type (e.g., two driver’s licences).
Winner Details
The following must also be entered:
First Name & Last Name
Date of Birth
Address (including State & Country)
Mobile Number
Banking Note
Depending on your venue’s configuration, cheque payouts may appear in Today’s Banking or under Gaming Banking.
This setup is venue- or group-specific.
Contact your Wirely System Admin When:
You cannot upload IDs, receipts, or images.
Records are not appearing in Today’s Banking or Gaming Banking.
You believe permissions are preventing correct access.
You need changes to your venue-specific configuration.
