Understanding Cash Recycler Integration
The Cash Recycler module connects your venue’s cash recycler to Wirely to provide real-time deposit and dispense data, helping with reconciliation, float accuracy, and accountability.
What the Integration Captures: Dependent on Cash Recycler provider
Cash Dispenses: Captures the amount dispensed from the cash recycler for floats or cash movements within the business.
Cash Deposits: Captures the amount deposited into the cash recycler.
Time Stamps: Logs when each transaction occurs
Mapped Work Units: Each transaction is attributed to a work that is associated with a cash recycler account.
Where You’ll Find This in Wirely
Cash Recycler > Unit Summary table: Totals reflect transactions attributed to mapped work units, Date, Unit, Dispensed, Deposited, Difference
Cash Recycler > Raw Transaction Table: Detailed view of each transaction, including time, user, amount, terminal ID (if available from provider).
