Reconciling CRTs (Cash Redemption Terminals)
CRTs need to be balanced regularly to maintain float levels and record customer cash deposits accurately.
Steps
Select the Gaming module > CRTs and select the CRT you want to reconcile.
For each denomination:
Record values for:
Stacker – notes deposited by customers during exchanges.
Rejects – notes that failed to dispense correctly.
Optional: Upload an image of the CRT slip.
Add comments if needed, then submit.
Best Practice
Count rejected notes back into denominations where possible.
Upload CRT slips as part of your venue’s audit trail.
