The Gaming Read brings together system inputs and your actual cash counts.
Steps
Go to Gaming module in Wirely > Gaming Read.
Select ‘Upload Gaming Read’ to upload your official provider report:
Select the correct report type (depends on your gaming provider) and select Submit
Wirely will scrape supported fields (e.g., turnover, win, net).
Reads/Counts – Review the amounts scraped from PDF as well as the counts generated from data in Wirely for Machines, CCU, and CRTs.
Compare system inputs with your actual counts to check for variances.
Best Practice
Save reports as original PDFs directly from your gaming system.
Investigate all variances immediately to identify errors.
Note:
The inputs from the Gaming Report need to be mapped on the backend of Wirely. This process will need be actioned by the Wirely team.
