The KENO module in Wirely allows venues to record, reconcile, and report daily KENO activity. It tracks daily balances, theoretical vs. actual figures, self-service terminals (SST), and accumulated banking for the week. This guide is written for all users with access to the module based on their role permissions.
Overview
The KENO module is designed to:
Record daily KENO balances including sales, commissions, and fees.
Track Self-Service Terminal (SST) collections separately from the main till.
Maintain accumulated banking for visibility over weekly totals.
Support manual report uploads; automated data extraction is in development.
The KENO week runs Sunday to Saturday, with the Access Fee entered on Saturday only.
