The Shift Reports module in Wirely allows venues to track and log shift activities, commentary, and operational notes. It supports daily reporting, optional subcategories, and integration with reports for internal or external distribution. This guide is written for both admins who set up shift reports and general users who enter comments during shifts.
Overview
The Shift Reports module enables:
Recording daily shift commentary and operational notes.
Categorising reports with categories and subcategories for structured tracking.
Timestamped logging of comments with user attribution.
Can be added to the end-of-day report
Users with the appropriate permission access can create and edit shift report information.
