How to Refresh POS Data in a Z Read

If the POS data appears incorrect, incomplete, or out of sync with the Wirely Z-read, you can refresh it to ensure accuracy. Refreshing forces the system to re-pull the latest information from the POS, updating any missing or adjusted data. This helps maintain accurate records and ensures the Z-read reflects the most up-to-date figures.

Steps: View Any Discrepancies

  1. Go to the Reports Module > Standard Report > POS vs Z-reads

  2. Use the calendar dropdown to select a date range.

  3. View all Z Reads within that period

  4. Any discrepancies between POS Data and the Z-read will be displayed

Steps: Updated Refresh POS Data

  1. Open the Z Read in Edit mode.

  2. Click Refresh POS Data.

  3. Wirely will update the till with the latest POS information.

  4. Click “Submit” to update

Note:

  • Use this feature if figures in your Z-read appear missing or inconsistent.
