Wirely maintains a full history of Z Reads for each till and these are time / date stamped with the user who performed the read or made any edits. Permission to edit or delete historical information is set in the Role Permissions Settings within Wirely. Please contact Wirely support if you require additional access.
To View History:
Go to the Tills Module.
Click the Till name.
A list of all z-reads that have been completed will be displayed along with the user who completed z-read, variance and edits
To Edit a Z Read:
Go to the Tills Module.
Click the Till name.
Identify the Z Read to be amended
Click the three-dot → Edit.
Make the changes that are needed and click Submit.
To Delete a Z Read:
Go to the Tills Module.
Click the Till name.
Identify the Z Read to be deleted
Click the three-dot → Edit.

All edits are tracked with time, user, and version history.Wirely tracks every edit to a Z Read with version history.
Version 0 – Original submission.
Version 1+ – Each edit, with timestamp and user details.
Deleted Z Reads – Permanently stored in a separate section.
This ensures full transparency and accountability.
