Purpose of a Safe Movement
A safe movement is used when you need to transfer money from the safe to a float during the day.
Example: TAB is paying out large amounts and requires a top-up from the safe.
Step-by-Step: Creating a Safe Movement
In the Safe Module, click Safe Movement.
Select the Purpose (e.g., TAB, Keno, Gaming).
Enter the Amount to be moved (e.g., $1,000).
Add a Comment (e.g., “TAB Float Increase”).
Click Submit.
💡 Note: You do not need to manually repay safe movements. Wirely will automatically prompt repayment when reconciling the entity (e.g., TAB) at the end of the days trade.
Best Practices
Always include a clear and specific comment for audit purposes.
Keep safe movements to essential transfers only.
Regularly review the Movements Log to ensure all transfers balance back.
When to Contact you System Admin
Safe movement transactions are not appearing in the Movements Log.
Repayment prompts are missing when reconciling entities.
The safe balance does not update correctly after a movement.
