The Safe Counts Tab records all safe counts, including variances and user details.
Where to Find it
Go to Reporting in the Wirely menu.
Select Standard Reporting.
Open the Safe Counts Tab.
What It Shows
Timestamped safe counts.
User who completed the safe count.
Variances logged against expected totals.
Comparisons between counts completed on the same day.
Example
Tuesday morning safe count: Expected $15,000, counted $14,950. Variance logged with user details.
Best Practice
It is recommended that a minimum of 3 counts a day are done, Opening, shift change over and close
